Seamus Heaney

Seamus Heaney is considered one of the most acclaimed international poets of the modern era.  He was born and raised in Northern Ireland. He received the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1995.  He has completed more than twenty great works of poetry Door in the Dark (1969), Wintering Out (1973) and North (1975) among others.
